The conference is a one and a half day wound care event for up to 300 healthcare professionals and focuses upon wound care from the mental health perspective. It is unique and different to the usual wound care conferences as this one contains keynote lectures, and also offers delegates the opportunity to attend wound care clinics where life like simulated wounds will be used on real people and manikins to simulate wounds often seen in mental health settings.
